Great to meet you!
As a veteran and psychotherapist, I am deeply committed to serving first responders, veterans, and helping professionals. I understand the unique culture of service, loyalty, and sacrifice that can make vulnerability feel unfamiliar or even unsafe. My experience includes working with veterans, law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, and treatment court participants navigating trauma, moral injury, addiction, burnout, grief, and the cumulative effects of chronic stress. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from Polyvagal Theory, somatic interventions, and evidence-based practices to help clients better understand their nervous systems, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their values and sense of purpose. I offer a direct, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where healing is not about becoming someone different—it's about returning to who you were before survival became your full-time job.
