Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in the context of feeling seen, understood, and supported. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified Therapist, I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people are not broken; they are often carrying experiences that have shaped how they move through the world. Together, we will build on your strengths, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and work toward creating a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's needs. I integrate EMDR, parts work, attachment-focused interventions, cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques to help clients better understand themselves and create lasting change. I strive to provide a balance of support, insight, and practical tools while honoring each person's unique experiences and goals. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to heal.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope will be different in your life. You'll have the opportunity to share your story at your own pace, and together we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels meaningful and manageable. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed.
