Great to meet you!

Simply put: I am here to help. We live in a world that is ever-changing and often incredibly overwhelming, and my priority is to offer you a supportive space where the systemic weights you carry are genuinely validated.

I am a licensed Psychologist in New Mexico with a background in forensic psychology. What that means for you is that I come to this work trained to understand full context and complexity before anything else. My practice is telehealth-only and currently serves clients throughout New Mexico, with additional state licensures on the way.

From that foundation, we will work as a team to focus our energy on making lasting, meaningful change driven by an aggregate of small, intentional actions.

My approach to therapy

While my approach is grounded in cognitive and behavioral, evidence-based therapies, I use a flexible, process-based framework. What this means for you is that I do not treat diagnostic labels. I treat people.

My forensic background means I am trained to understand full context before charting a path forward. Our early sessions will feel more like a real conversation than a checklist. I want to understand the circumstances that got you here before we talk about where to go next.

In short: I will meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a collaborative introduction to each other. I want to learn about the circumstances that led you to therapy and discuss what you want out of our time together. I also hope you will learn about my approach and see how we can work together to achieve your goals.

There is nothing you need to prepare. Just come as you are.
