Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a board licensed professional clinical counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative, focusing on understanding each individual's unique experiences. I work closely with clients to explore patterns of guilt, shame, and self-doubt while building resilience and emotional strength.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an introduction — no pressure to have it all figured out. You'll share what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like to be different. I'll ask questions, but mostly I'll listen.

By the end of that first hour, we'll talk through what working together could look like — pacing, what to expect week-to-week, and any practical pieces (scheduling, communication between sessions). My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling clearer about the path forward, and confident this is a space where you can actually be honest about what's hard
