Hello! I am a licensed counselor based in Maryland . I earned my Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University and I specialize in working with anxiety disorders. I empower my clients by fostering a deep understanding of how their brain works and coming up with strategies to align their actions with their cherished values.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools to manage anxiety and increase confidence.
During our intake session, we'll dive into your history and current challenges you're facing. From there, we will come up with goals and things you want to see a shift in.
