Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Susan Cardillo-Cunningham, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with decades of experience supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in helping individuals who are coping with depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is grounded in systems theory and self-determination theory, which means I consider the many factors that shape your life and focus on empowering you to take an active role in your healing. Together, we will explore the sources of your worry, stress, or hopelessness and build coping skills that foster self-esteem, confidence, and overall emotional wellbeing.

I am committed to walking alongside you as you develop the strategies and tools needed to move forward and truly live your best life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every individual has the desire to live their best life. It is my mission to provide a safe space for every individual to use their own voice to identify their strengths and areas they want to change to be able to live their best life.
