Great to meet you!

My specific area of expertise is trauma. This includes childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, physical abuse, combat and PTSD. I received my MSW from Rutgers University School of Social Work and graduated at the top of my class. I have experience both in providing therapy services to clients as well as advocating for better legislation to better serve those with mental health and other challenges. I am very passionate about what I do and care deeply about providing exceptional therapy experiences. I empower my clients to put in the work necessary to live the best and most meaningful life possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a clinician is working with my clients from a strengths-based and empowerment perspective. I have many years of experience working with teens and adults on a wide range of mental health issues and specialize in trauma, sexual assault/abuse, anxiety and depression. I work with both individuals and families. I enjoy providing my clients with a safe space to process emotions and feelings, explore the impact of life experiences, learn distress tolerance and coping skills and to set meaningful goals so that they can navigate life with success.

What you can expect from me

In our first session clients can expect a safe space to begin working on improving their mental health from a place of strength.
