Hello! I am Susan Jablonski, and I'm glad you're here! I appreciate the strength, time, and consideration it takes to find the right fit in a psychiatric provider. I am a nationally board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner. I have 20 years of experience as a provider in psychiatry, neurology, and cardiology. I have seen the effects of persistent mood struggles and the decline of overall mental-physical wellness. I would love to hear more about your concerns, especially anxiety, depression, and mania symptoms, and work towards improving your quality of life!

My approach is client-centered, focusing on overall well-being. I value your thoughts and concerns and what you would like to see improve in your wellness. I commonly work with teenagers and adults of all ages and enjoy teaming with individuals just starting their mental healthcare journey or wanting to change their current treatment plan.
