Great to meet you!

I love working with children, teens, and young adults who are encountering obstacles in their search for happiness and success. I am also passionate about helping families communicate more effectively and supporting parents better understand their children. My goal is to provide each client or client-family with the most effective, short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy to maximize results without maximizing your time.

My approach to therapy

Navigating life's obstacles can be challenging. I believe the more effectively people communicate with and depend on one another, the more independent and confident they become. My primary approach to therapy is to provide the best evidence-based treatment to match the unique needs of my clients so they can establish and maintain healthy relationships.

What you can expect from me

I like to give my clients the option between following an evidence-based curriculum or simply externally processing difficult problems and decisions. I always try to match my clients' communication register or style to make them feel as comfortable with the process as possible.
