Great to meet you!

Are You Feeling Stuck?

Does traditional "talk therapy" feel insufficient for your needs? Are you seeking a faster, more groundbreaking path to healing? Whether you're facing a short-term issue or need deep, transformative, holistic work to release long-standing pain, I’m here to help.

Please Note:

  • I do not work with abusive individuals. My focus is on helping victims who are detached from their partners and committed to a no-contact approach.
  • Audio calls only

My approach to therapy

My approach is called, "Integrative Therapy" where we blend traditional methods like CBT, IFS, narrative writing, Solution Focused, etc. with holistic practices like reiki, meditation, and breathwork to release from mind, body, heart, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

Structured and Proactive Support: Weekly appointments and assignments ensure steady progress.

Commitment to Writing and Reflection: Journaling, chapter writing, and guided self-reflection exercises

Breathwork and Meditation: These practices help release deep emotional pain and calm your nervous system.

Neuroplasticity Techniques: Together, we’ll rewire negative thought patterns, break unhealthy cycles, and foster resilience through intentional, brain-based strategies.
