Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a licensed professional clinical counselor since 2004. I offer a wide variety of knowledge, experience, compassion, and empathy into my time with others.

Reflecting my Coming of Age during the era of War, Woodstock, 3.2 Beer and Flower Power my interests and hobbies embrace a love for gardening, old movies, James Taylor, jazz, and mindfulness practices. When asked what I feel my greatest strength would be I would have to say my passion for my profession. It ignites my curiosity, fuels my drive to grow both personally and professionally and it strengthens my relationships and connection with others. I just really enjoy people!

My approach to therapy

As a cognitive behaviorist at heart, I enjoy infusing my work with a lot of humor and creativity, while embracing the holistic model of the mind/body connection.

What you can expect from me

If you are in a place where you are experiencing some difficulties in life, you do not have to stay in that place. I am not here to judge anything that has happened in or around your life. I want to help you meet your goals. Maybe we need to start by just developing what you wish life could be like before any goals can even be discussed and that's ok. Let's get started today!
