Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Social Work graduating from University of Maryland with a minor in gerontology. My professional experience includes working with individuals who have anxiety/depression. I have also worked with adults who have experienced loss, illness and grief.

My approach to therapy

Does it feel like you’re holding it all together on the outside, but overwhelmed on the inside? Perhaps you’re juggling high- functioning anxiety, where overthinking keeps you awake at night, or perhaps depression has taken the joy out of things you used to love. You don’t have to keep pretending that everything is fine. I help adults navigate the invisible weight of these struggles by creating a space that feels safe and non-judgmental.

Together, we’ll work on untangling the patterns of overthinking and hopelessness, using practical tools to help you build confidence and find genuine peace. You will learn to silence your inner critic and reconnect with yourself.

I am a licensed therapist who brings humor, warmth and compassion to our sessions. Send me a message, and we can discuss how to take the next step towards healing.

What you can expect from me

Utilizing Cognitive-Behavior and Person-Centered Strength Based modalities I can assist you in exploring the cause of your emotional pain. I provide a safe, judgment free space that allows you to be heard and understood.
