Great to meet you!

Where would you like to be in your life right now? Are there things from your past that are holding you back? You know that to build or even reach your life goals requires understanding where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to go.

That starts with sharing your life narrative, values, beliefs, and faith with someone who listens.

I work passionately to alleviate suffering brought on by depression, anxiety, panic disorders, acute stress disorder, post-traumatic stress and complex post-traumatic stress disorders for adults 21 years old through the end of life.

Your therapist should be in line with your life quest for what is good, true, and beautiful. You should decide if you match with a practitioner who can be open to hearing you and building a plan that aligns with your beliefs.

To explore the possibility of working together, please feel free to book a 15 minute complimentary consultation!

My approach to therapy

I always approach counseling from a person-centered view to build a trusting relationship with my client. After taking a thorough individual and family history, I work to design a unique treatment plan after understanding your personal counseling goals. Treatment options are supported by a variety of empirically supported therapies.

What you can expect from me

Our first session covers introductions, identifying problems and exploring positive life outcomes that align with your counseling goals. I want to get to know you, let you get to know me, and answer any questions you might have. I approach counseling with a warm, holistic, and inquisitive attitude, but I can also be more direct if preferred.
