Great to meet you!

Before private practice, I worked in inpatient hospital settings, where I saw firsthand how many people — especially in rural communities — struggle to access timely mental health care. That experience inspired my mission: to make high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care accessible to those who need it most, no matter where they live. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my kids and family, and riding horses — activities that keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and connection.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, helping clients regain balance, confidence, and a sense of control over their lives. My approach is collaborative and empathetic — I don’t dictate solutions, but instead partner with each patient to create a care plan that reflects their goals, values, and experiences. This shared decision-making process often leads to better outcomes and a deeper sense of empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated, anxious, or hopeless — unsure if anything can truly help. Some have tried medications before and worry about side effects; others hesitate to open up to a new provider after a difficult experience. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to start this process, and I believe that building a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation of meaningful progress.
