Great to meet you!

For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life's hardest moments — and it's work I still find deeply meaningful. I'm Susan, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with an MSW from the University of Michigan, offering telehealth therapy to adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Michigan. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, and more — bringing a strengths-based lens to every session.

My approach to therapy

Each person who enters my office will find a fully affirming, judgment-free space, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those navigating gender identity or transition. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman Method, and Trauma-Focused CBT — practical, evidence-based tools tailored to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Over 22 years of practice has taught me that people are more resilient than they realize. Warm but direct, honest but compassionate — I'll meet you exactly where you are. Reach out when you're ready.
