Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are navigating profound turning points — preparing for adoption, navigating post adoption, moving through family transitions, or facing separations that reshape everything they've known. Others have quietly carried the weight of growing up without a strong family foundation, wondering why trusting others, or even themselves, still feels so hard. Whether you're a parent trying to show up for your child while processing your own pain, an adult learning to ask for what you need, or someone still figuring out who you are and what your purpose is, you've come to the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in more than 20 years of trauma-informed care and in my own healing. I believe we all carry stories shaped by our experiences and the voices around us. Those stories can guide us, but they can also keep us stuck in patterns we didn't choose. I work with families, adults, adolescents, and children, aiming to create a mindful, non-judgmental space where genuine curiosity is always welcome. I love helping people uncover their inner world. I am drawn to understanding what drives you, what holds you back, and what you're truly capable of. Together, we explore your dreams and build real, meaningful goals to reach them.

What you can expect from me

You know yourself better than anyone else. My role is to hold a safe space while supporting you through this journey. Let's start by meeting you where you are, and together we can explore your own inner workings. From there we will begin to discover your authentic self and the better life waiting for you.
