Great to meet you!

‍‍I really am a child at heart. I see individuals as part of a larger system, via family, community and culture. I believe that the therapeutic alliance I make with my clients is really the heart of therapy and I have seen positive outcomes for my clients when they live confident, happy and healthy lives. Much of my practice focuses on empowering women of all ages to be the best version of themselves. Overall I strive to be the kindest human I can be as I firmly believe that it is the act of true kindness to ourselves and others that allows us the ability to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My main area of focus is viewing behavior through a multicultural lens, mixed with early attachment pattern influences and how it affects present day relationships. This can occur through our ability to be resilient and cope with stress, and rejection and separation.

I believe that once we identify early childhood loss or trauma, we can begin the process of healing and recovery. I work with individuals of all ages.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect kindness, depth, reassurance, humor and solution focused.
