Great to meet you!

I’m here for you if you’re feeling like you’re:

  • Faking it or that you have to be perfect of successful
  • Never enough, or that you’re always the problem
  • A faded version of yourself or that you put other people’s needs over your own
  • Lived your life for everyone else and now you don’t know who you are or what you want
  • Feeling lonely or isolated, and that everyone else has it all figured out
  • Difficulty making the right decision and you’re looking for clarity—in your job, in your relationship, in what makes you happy.
  • Conflicts or confusion about your race or ethnicity and what your family, culture, or society expects from you.

And:

  • Life transitions: a new college, newly married, new baby, new job, move to a new area, an empty nest, a divorce, caregiving of a parent, death of a loved one
  • Self-esteem issues: people-pleasing, putting others' needs before your own, feeling like you're faking it, or co-dependency
  • Identity issues: such as feeling like a faded version of yourself, feeling like you don't belong
  • Depression
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Grief and loss
  • ADHD and executive functioning

I'm a therapist because I believe we can all live fulfilled, satisfying lives, and that we all deserve to. I believe each of us already have what we need inside of ourselves, and I'm here to help you unlock that.

I am proud to be a licensed clinical social worker because social work values are my core values. I believe in the inherent dignity and worth of each person, that social justice is justice and we all deserve that, that human connections and finding your life purpose can change everything, and that living in your authenticity is coming home to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I provide holistic, culturally humble counseling using evidence-based practices. I take the time to get to know you, and determine together what approach resonates best with you. Therapy can feel scary or overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be.

I provide a safe space for you to be seen and heard, with no judgment. I’m here to empower you to reach your goals and thrive, whether it means putting down shame you feel, learning new coping skills, or having a better understanding of yourself. I offer evening appointments to make it easier for you to access the care you deserve.
