While working within the medical model, I take a non-pathological and humanistic approach. I include the body and mind from a holistic, client-centered lense. I also consider lifespan development when collaborating with clients.

I am flexible in my approach based on the individual's needs and preferences. I can be eclectic, structured or supportive. I stand by as the focused parts emerge and create goals with the client for healing, recovery, management and maintenance.

I provide a warm, colorful and vibrant environment, focused on healing and self-growth. My goal is to inspire resilience, autonomy, and embodiment for disheartened or grieving people.
