Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience, I have dedicated my professional journey to helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging life transitions, including receiving a terminal diagnosis or managing chronic illness. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can be, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you find your path to healing and renewal.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, grief, and various life transitions, creating a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth. I believe that everyone has the capacity to find their light, even in the darkest of times. My approach is holistic; I aim to join you in the midst of your struggles and together we can move towards a higher and brighter road.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our therapy sessions, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment right from the start. We’ll begin each session with a friendly check-in, where you can share anything that’s on your mind. This helps us clear away any surface-level distractions so we can dive deeper into the issues that are truly affecting your happiness and well-being.

To guide you on this journey, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches are designed to help you challenge and reshape any negative beliefs you might have about yourself, while also equipping you with valuable coping skills to handle life's challenges. Together, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of your struggles and empower you to live your best life. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling and joyful experience.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain greater clarity and insight after each session. While we may not always achieve a consistent state of illumination, we will focus on identifying and emphasizing the areas you wish to illuminate in your life. Through the use of affirmations, intention-setting, and optional therapy homework, you will be equipped to make meaningful progress even between our live sessions. This approach will empower you to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and take actionable steps towards your goals.
