Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, or painful life experiences begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and ability to enjoy everyday life, it's easy to feel like you're simply trying to make it through each day. You may be carrying emotional pain that's become difficult to manage on your own, wondering if life can feel lighter again. Healing is possible, and you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, and family issues so they can feel more emotionally balanced, strengthen their relationships, and regain confidence in themselves and their future. I work with adults because I believe every person deserves a compassionate, judgment free space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide both a safe place to process life's challenges and practical tools you can continue using long after each session ends. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building healthier ways of thinking, coping, and responding to life's difficulties. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy because every client deserves an approach that reflects their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we can work through ADHD, OCD, sleep disorders, stress management, anger management, panic disorder, emotional regulation, life transitions, PTSD, behavioral concerns, and family conflict, always tailoring treatment to your individual needs and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, respected, and encouraged from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine compassion while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate meaningful progress, and navigate setbacks without judgment. Whether you're hoping to better manage anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, strengthen your relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident, more resilient, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.
