Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Suzanne, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Oklahoma. I work with adults and teens facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic, OCD, bipolar disorder, and substance use. I'd love to help you feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we'll look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, and build practical tools you can use between sessions. If change feels hard to want yet, we'll build that motivation together rather than push before you're ready. When family or relationship dynamics are part of the picture, I bring them into the work. For anyone processing a difficult past experience, we move at a pace that keeps you feeling safe.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. I'll ask questions to understand your situation, and we'll start building a plan together. Expect a warm, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what's really going on, whether that's anxiety that won't let up, old patterns that aren't serving you anymore, or substance use you're ready to change.
