Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a diverse background and 20 years of experience to my counseling. I began my career as a Securities Broker and Financial Planner at Charles Schwab. It was there that I became interested in Counseling Psychology and Human Resources. I hold a Master's Degree w/ Honors in Counseling Psychology from Denver Seminary (2003). Additionally, I hold a Master's Degree w/ Honors in Human Resources Development from Villanova University (2016).

My approach to therapy

I am dedicated to the use of client-centered, evidence-based models of counseling. My goal is to create a trusting and non-judgmental relationship through warmth and empathy, insight, curiosity, and creativity! We will identify together - the areas of growth and understanding that will allow you to accomplish your goals and bring about your desired growth and change.

What you can expect from me

I believe that growth happens in the collaborative process of relationships. Relationships are a balance and active expression of our "knowing, being, and doing" in the world. If one of these areas is out of balance, then we are out of balance resulting in stress, anxiety, depression, personal or relational difficulties. Every session will focus on these three areas of growth. Working with me includes free access to my website with numerous exercises designed with your specific needs in mind!
