Great to meet you!

I'm Suzanne Gray and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist in the states of Oklahoma and Missouri trained in Mindful-Based Cognitive Therapy, CBT-e, Acceptance and Commitment, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy among others. Do you feel weighed down by persistent worries, sadness, or repeated behavioral/emotional struggles? I specialize in working with teens, adults, and families who are navigating the challenges of persistent anxiety, depression, eating disorders and behavioral patterns that feel difficult to break. Therapy is a path to a more fulfilling life, helping you strengthen your inner resilience, gain deep insight, and master the coping strategies that lead to lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and deeply respectful of your values. I integrate evidence-based models like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT variations, and DBT among others which are highly effective for managing persistent anxiety, depression, eating disorders, thinking and behavioral issues. A primary focus of my work is creatively developing and mastering personalized coping strategies that fit your life. My warm, open-minded style provides a welcoming space for you to explore challenges and make genuine, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily a welcoming, low-pressure space for us to get to know each other. You can expect us to discuss what brings you to therapy now, exploring your current struggles and what you hope to achieve. We'll review your background and history using a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to start building a foundation of trust and understanding. Our goal for the first session is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and with a clear initial roadmap of how we'll work together toward your goals.
