Great to meet you!

Hello! I believe that everyone has the capacity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, but sometimes we can get stuck in patterns of thinking that hold us back.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including private group practice, community mental health clinics, and hospitals. I have experience working with individuals and couples, helping them overcome challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

I am bilingual in English and ASL.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I believe in the power of human connection and the ability of individuals to heal and grow. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining both cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In my work with couples, I utilize the Gottman method - an approach that focuses on building a deeper connection, managing conflicts, and creating shared meaning.

What you can expect from me

Each client I work with is a unique individual influenced by his or her culture, family values, identity, and beliefs. My goal is to provide a safe, genuine, and empathic environment, collaborating with the client to facilitate meaningful positive change. You will walk away with a greater sense of self and purpose.
