Great to meet you!

I have been an LCSW for over 25 years, and have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, families and individuals. I am mainly focusing on individual work these days, and I enjoy watching clients heal and transform their lives.

I received my MSW from University of Denver in 1997. I specialize in EMDR, Solution focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person Centered Therapy. I work with clients who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life transitions, and relationship issues.

PLEASE NOTE: I work with couples and families on a private pay basis only (not insurance).

My approach to therapy

When we are faced with struggle, we can easily forget that these experiences lead to our growth and self discovery. Hope can feel illusive; however, with the right support, it's not only accessible, but it becomes the light that leads the way. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore the edges that are showing up in their lives and using this as a roadmap for exploration, integration, and growth.

What you can expect from me

I am have a very eclectic approach to therapy and have many tools in my tool box. I can be direct, inquisitive, reflective, and generally feel into what the client needs and would be most helpful.
