Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Suzanne. With over 20 years of experience, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support adolescents and parents who are looking for better ways to communicate, manage emotions, and create stronger, more connected relationships.

Many of my clients come in wanting relief from anxiety or feeling stuck — and are ready to build confidence, improve their relationships, and feel more in control of their lives. Clients often describe me as supportive, practical, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

My approach is interactive, solution-focused, and tailored to you. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and useful — a place where you can talk openly, but also walk away with tools you can apply in your everyday life.

Together, we’ll focus on what’s working, what’s not, and how to build healthier patterns. Whether it’s improving coping skills, reducing anxiety, strengthening relationships, or building confidence, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about understanding what’s been going on in your life and what you’d like to see change. We’ll talk through your goals and begin identifying practical steps to help you move forward.

Most clients leave those early sessions feeling heard, more clear about their next steps, and encouraged that change is possible. Over time, therapy can help you feel more confident, more connected in your relationships, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
