Great to meet you!

With a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University and over 10 years of experience specializing in intellectual and developmental disorders, I am passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and chronic issues. As well as those facing challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I provide comprehensive biopsychosocial consultations, focusing on the whole person—both children and adults. Let's connect to explore how I can support your journey!

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy by meeting the person where they are at. I like to connect to understand the person who I am speaking with. I may add sprinkles of humor when it's appropriate to bridge connection. I am naturally inquisitive to better understand what is occurring.

What you can expect from me

Applicable support without judgement and stigma. Session takeaways will be influenced by the goal we set at the beginning of the session.
