Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience helping women & LGBTQIA+ folks navigate anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. My work is grounded in somatic therapy, which focuses on how experiences live in the body and nervous system. Together, we build internal safety and support emotional processing so your system can move out of survival mode, reduce overwhelm, and build resilience. If you feel you need to go deeper than what talk therapy alone offers, somatic therapy may be a good fit. I truly enjoy this work and strive to create a collaborative, personalized therapy experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, body-centered, and trauma-informed. I specialize in somatic therapy, helping women and LGBTQIA+ individuals heal the disconnect between mind and body caused by trauma, chronic stress, and shame. By focusing on nervous system regulation, I guide clients in releasing stored trauma, building resilience, and reconnecting with their inner strength. Sessions are collaborative and empowering, creating a safe space to explore emotions, develop self-trust, and foster lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space that feels safe and supportive. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace, while also paying attention to how your body and nervous system are responding. We may explore goals, discuss what support looks like for you, and gently introduce grounding or regulation tools. There’s no pressure to share everything right away. The first session is about building connection, understanding your needs, and setting the foundation for our work together.
