Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and individualized. As a previous Special Education Counselor for a school district in Texas, I have experience partnering with children, teens, families, and school teams to support emotional well-being, behavioral growth, and academic success. My background allows me to understand the unique challenges many students face both at school and at home, and I strive to provide practical, individualized strategies that help clients thrive in all areas of life.

My approach to therapy

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, school stress, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, or navigating a difficult life event, you don't have to face it alone. My hope is that every client leaves therapy feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to thrive both now and in the future.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create practical strategies for lasting success at home, school, and beyond. I often use evidence-based approaches including CBT, behavior therapy, strengths based, and parent coaching. In our first session, we will discuss your concerns, set goals, and create a plan together. You will leave with practical strategies, increased understanding, and tools to help you thrive both in and outside of therapy.
