I am a 48 year old Native American of the Choctaw Tribe. I am a mother to a 31 year old son, 27 year old daughter, and an 19 year old son. I have a 12 year old grandson and a 4 year old granddaughter. I have been working in the field of mental health since 2006, working my way up, learning the field, and gathering knowledge along the way. I have a genuine Love for people and know that we are all deserving of health and happiness.

My approach to therapy

I am a teacher and a guide. Your life belongs to you. I want to help guide you to reach your goals. If you need help setting goals, I can give guidance there as well. I want you to be comfortable in your own skin, as your own person, and it is my mission for all people to develop a genuine Love for SELF.
