Great to meet you!

I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, and chronic pain — and I bring the same compassionate curiosity to every client I work with. I understand that reaching out for help can feel scary. Many of my clients come in worried they won't be believed, or anxious about how they'll be perceived. I want you to know that you are safe here — your experience is valid, and you will never be judged. Outside of the therapy room, you'll find me knitting or tending to my freshwater aquariums, which keeps me grounded and reminds me to appreciate the slow, steady work of growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, holistic approach — which means I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. We'll make decisions about your care together, because you are the expert on your own life. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Pain Reprocessing Therapy for clients managing chronic pain, and I weave in broader psychological and lifestyle factors that influence your mental health. My goal is to walk alongside you toward stability, growth, and success — because I believe mental health is the foundation for everything else in life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask questions to understand your story, what's brought you to therapy, and what matters most to you. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with — we go at your pace. By the end of our first meeting, we'll begin mapping out what you're hoping to work on and what a collaborative, tailored plan might look like. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and cautiously optimistic about what's ahead.
