Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including residential treatment, before transitioning into private practice. My experience in higher levels of care has shaped how I understand and support clients navigating complex emotional and behavioral concerns. I enjoy working with diverse individuals, including teenagers, adults, and couples, and I focus on helping clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, life stressors, and communication or relationship difficulties. I value creating a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to treatment. I draw from person-centered principles while also using cognitive behavioral strategies to help clients better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work on building insight and developing practical tools that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what brings you to therapy, your goals, and relevant personal history. We’ll also review new client paperwork and go over any questions you have about the counseling process or how I work. This session is a starting point for getting clarity on what you’d like to work on and how therapy can support you moving forward.
