Great to meet you!
I am accepting new clients and have plenty of availability during the week, however I do require new and existing clients to reach out to me directly to schedule.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. My work has always been centered on walking alongside individuals through trauma, life transitions, and seasons of emotional healing, with a deep belief that care should honor the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience.
For five years, I served as a foster care therapist with an agency in Baltimore, offering trauma-informed support to children, adolescents, and families within the child welfare system. At the same time, I spent five years in a group private practice providing individual therapy and facilitating groups. Across both settings, I have worked with clients ages 5 to 65 navigating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, OCD, addiction, grief, domestic violence, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. These experiences have shaped my understanding of attachment, resilience, and the profound strength people carry—even in their most tender seasons.
I strive to create a steady, grounded space where healing unfolds at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, honoring both the science of therapy and the deeper wisdom each person brings into the room.
