Great to meet you!

My name is Sydonie, and it is my pleasure to be your mental health provider. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years and have experience treating individuals across all age groups, with a particular passion for supporting children and adolescents. However, I am also able to treat all ages who desire treatment.

My approach to therapy

My treatment style begins with listening first. I believe in collaborating with my clients to develop treatment plans that are realistic, supportive, and tailored to their needs—plans they feel empowered to follow. I view myself as a valuable resource dedicated to providing excellent mental healthcare, with the goal of helping you achieve symptom remission and improved overall wellness.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
