Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and love working with people from different walks of life, backgrounds, and cultures. I specialize in anxiety, depression, cultural issues, trauma, and neurodivergent issues. My background includes working as a therapist for clinics in Santa Fe, as well as for the White Mountain Apache Tribe, and Hopi Tribe. I've also done my own personal work in therapy and understand the therapeutic process both as a therapist and as a client.

My approach to therapy

As a counselor I’m here to help empower you to find and unlock the answers that are within you. Together as a team we will explore what you would like to work through in the way that best fits your needs. I believe in holding a respectful, supportive, and validating space for people I work with. I’m a client centered therapist and believe that therapeutic work helps promote healing, personal growth, and wellness. I participate in sessions and offer feedback, support, and validation.

What you can expect from me

A better understanding of yourself. Help in identifying and working through thinking and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you. A respectful and supportive space to process what has felt stuck inside. A witness to help you process and untangle hardships and difficult experiences. Support in navigating through personal struggles. Help with finding new perspectives and solutions to personal challenges.
