Great to meet you!

I’m a grounded, intuitive therapist who works especially well with the black sheep, the cycle-breakers, and the folks who’ve always felt “different.” My vibe is calm, warm, and a little magical — the kind of space where you can breathe, be honest, and not feel judged.

We take things at your pace. We make sense of your story together. And yes, we’ll probably laugh a little while we heal the big stuff.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and centered on who you are. We move at your pace, making sense of what shaped you and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that were ignored, silenced, or stretched thin. I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, narrative work, and mindfulness — all filtered through a person-centered lens that keeps the work flexible, compassionate, and grounded in your goals, not a rigid checklist.

I also leave room for deeper meaning when it fits your beliefs. For some, that includes intuitive or spiritually informed support that stays clinically sound and rooted in the psychology of healing. At the core, my approach is human: we slow down, breathe, untangle the hard stuff, and create a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a grounded conversation where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. I’ll ask a few gentle questions to get a sense of what brought you here, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want therapy to feel like — but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and settled. We’ll explore what you need, talk about your hopes for therapy, and start building a pace and plan that fits you.
