I work with individuals, couples, and families using a warm, integrative approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques. Clients dealing with trauma (past or recent), anxiety, stress, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, communication struggles, and relationship or family challenges are welcome. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, therapy can be a powerful place to start. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” therapy; instead, we’ll tailor sessions to what works best for you.
I also support first responders navigating burnout, cumulative stress, and the invisible toll of showing up for others every day. Whether you're a firefighter, EMT, law enforcement officer, or other first responder, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain everything—just breathe and be heard.
