Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tabitha, a licensed clinical social worker offering virtual therapy services to women & teen girls (13+) in the state of TX and NM. I have a Hispanic background and have lived and served many communities in the U.S. I have been in practice for 6 years and graduated during the pandemic in May 2020. I help women and teen girls navigate anxiety, identity issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping clients build healthier boundaries, improve communication, and feel more confident in themselves and their relationships. I help teens with emotion identification and mothers of children with disabilities. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace. I am here when you're ready to heal.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical and down-to-earth approach to therapy, focusing on helping you make sense of what you’re going through and what’s keeping you stuck. We’ll look at patterns in your thoughts, relationships, and daily life, while building tools you can actually use outside of sessions. I often incorporate techniques from CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based work, but I keep things flexible and tailored to you. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and work toward changes that genuinely fit your life. As a trauma survivor, I know the importance of support.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to work toward. I’ll take time to understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, and current challenges while helping you feel comfortable with the process. Together, we’ll begin creating goals that feel realistic and meaningful for your life. Healing and support are necessary in life.
