Great to meet you!

My name is Tabitha Gregory and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving children, adolescents, and adults. With more than a decade of nursing experience and advanced training in psychiatric care, I bring a steady and compassionate presence to those seeking thoughtful, evidence-based mental health support.

I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, medical cannabis certifications and ongoing support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, eating disorders, substance use, trauma, insomnia, self-harm, adjustment disorders, self-image concerns, and gender dysphoria. My clinical approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for conditions such as borderline personality disorder, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

I earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, and Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University. I have completed certification in DBT, specialized training in Spanish for healthcare professionals, and am currently working toward EMDR certification to further support clients healing from trauma.

My approach to therapy

I combine strong clinical knowledge from more than a decade of nursing experience with a deep therapeutic presence that helps clients feel genuinely seen and heard during their most vulnerable moments. Through calm emotional steadiness, trauma-informed care, and clear, compassionate communication, I allow space to build trust while confidently assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing with humility and openness to reassessment. I believe in explaining treatment options in plain language, partnering with clients in decision-making, and considering the full context of each person’s life, not just focusing on their symptoms. My ongoing self-awareness, commitment to self-care, and curiosity for lifelong learning fosters my ability to provide exceptional, ethical, and hopeful care.

What you can expect from me

My patients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where safety, education, and shared decision-making are central. I view medication as most effective when clients feel informed and actively involved, and I closely monitor progress to make thoughtful adjustments over time. My goal is to support improved stability, functioning, and overall quality of life in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
