Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of combined experience in education and counseling, I am dedicated to helping adults and seniors navigate the effects of trauma, grief, and life transitions. My work has focused on supporting veterans, service members, and survivors of military and sexual trauma, as well as individuals coping with depression, anxiety, and loss.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing and personal growth. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be welcoming, supportive, and collaborative. We’ll begin with brief introductions and a review of intake information, followed by a conversation about what brings you to counseling and any past experiences you’ve had with therapy—what was helpful and what wasn’t. I’ll ask about current symptoms, stressors, and goals, and together we’ll start shaping a treatment plan that fits your needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin working toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
