Great to meet you!

Hello, and thank you for visiting my page. ❤️

Life doesn't come with a roadmap, and sometimes we all need a little support along the way. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to helping people find hope, healing, and strength during difficult seasons of life.

I believe therapy is more than just talking. It's about being seen, heard, and understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. No matter where you are in your journey, I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

Together, we can work toward greater peace, confidence, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can openly explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, or everyday stressors, I meet you where you are with empathy and respect. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and create strategies that support your emotional well-being and personal growth.

I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to begin the process. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move toward healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

Therapy is not about fixing you. It's about helping you discover the strength, clarity, and confidence that already exist within you.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both exciting and nerve-racking. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being yourself.

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. You'll have the opportunity to share your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There is no pressure to tell your entire story in one session.

Together, we will:

✅ Discuss the challenges, stressors, or life circumstances that led you to seek support.

✅ Explore your personal history, relationships, strengths, and coping strategies.

✅ Identify your goals for therapy and what you hope to achieve.

✅ Review important information about confidentiality, the therapeutic process, and answer any questions you may have.

✅ Begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.

Most importantly, the first session is about building trust and creating a foundation for our work together. My role is to listen, support, and help you feel understood while providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions.

You don't need to have all the answers before starting therapy. Just come as you are, and we'll take the next steps together.
