Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. It takes strength and courage to reach out. I specialize in helping millennials and college-age adults break free from anxiety & depression and achieve confidence, clarity & peace of mind. I also enjoy helping fellow therapists seeking their own support or inner work. I strive to provide professional care, an exemplary level of service and to help people achieve real solutions. I've been a therapist for nearly 12 years and am passionate about mental health and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, kind and collaborative. Clients say they feel safe, relaxed and comfortable sharing with me, and appreciate that I really listen and give them tangible tools & strategies. I have a calm, accepting nature that puts people at ease. I also have personal experience overcoming anxiety & depression and have helped hundreds of clients do the same, so you're not alone--I'll help you.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, you can expect to make tangible progress from the first session onward as we work toward achieving your therapeutic goals. When appropriate, I also like to suggest extra tools & resources for clients to practice in between sessions to further enhance your treatment and progress. I tailor treatment specifically to your unique personality, goals and strengths.
