Dr. Tai Ajani, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC is a doctoral-prepared, dual board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare provider and has delivered high-quality health care to multicultural patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
She offers holistic psychiatric care to individuals. She provides an initial diagnostic psychiatric evaluation that will enable her to diagnose and develop an individualized treatment plan with medication management and routine follow-up visits.
