Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a history of providing mental health care to individuals across the entire lifespan. My practice is built on a foundation of empathy, active listening, and deep respect for the unique background and story every patient brings. Dedicated to fostering a supportive, healing space, working with diverse populations, offering open-minded care.

My primary goal is empowerment: equipping you with the insight, strategies, and personalized care needed to take charge of your mental well-being and thrive at every stage of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that effective mental health treatment thrives in a relaxed, comfortable environment where you feel truly heard and never judged. By combining evidence-based psychopharmacology with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, I aim to move beyond simple symptom management to help you build practical, real-world tools for resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we spend some time just building rapport; to work together with you, I'll ask that you share your story and what you want to achieve, and we'll come up with a plan that works best for you.
