Great to meet you!

I have a Bachelors degree from the University of Delaware in Health Behavior Science with a minor in Disability Studies. Following graduation, I enrolled in Widener University's Master of Social Work program. I have over 8 years of experience working in-person and via Telehealth with clients with an array of mental health diagnoses, addiction, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I pride myself on offering an eclectic and tailored approach based on each clients individual needs. I do not believe that there is a 'one size fits all' option when it comes to providing therapeutic service to individuals. I offer a relaxed, tailored, and individualized experience for clients depending on the presenting problem and needs of the client.

What you can expect from me

I believe goals and outcomes are and should be client focused. Depending on what a client is wanting to work on, I believe both short and long term goals can be utilized. My main goal is to always attempt to achieve homeostasis and ultimately leaving my clients feeling more confident and in control.
