Great to meet you!

Life doesn't have to be falling apart for you to benefit from therapy. Maybe you've been carrying stress for so long that it's become your "normal." Maybe anxiety is making it hard to enjoy your relationships, you're feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, or you're simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here. For more than 13 years, I've had the privilege of helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stress. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients grow in confidence, strengthen their relationships, and discover that meaningful, lasting change is possible. I truly believe in the therapeutic process because I've seen it transform lives.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. You don't need the right words or everything figured out before we begin. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions, while others are practical and solution-focused, giving you tools to use in everyday life. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create the life and relationships you want. I draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based therapy, tailoring treatment to your goals and experiences. I also provide culturally responsive care in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and you don't have to do it alone. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, honesty, curiosity, and genuine encouragement, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
