Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and move toward lasting emotional freedom. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life events and feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, shame, relationship struggles, or self-doubt as a result.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems), which allows me to help clients gently process painful memories while also developing compassion for the different “parts” of themselves that formed in response to trauma. I believe symptoms are not signs of weakness — they are adaptive responses that once helped you survive.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they overcome challenges, rediscover their inner resources, and build a life that feels more aligned and whole.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, steady space where you can explore your story without judgment and at your own pace. Healing from trauma is not about reliving the past; it is about helping your nervous system feel safe again and empowering you to move forward with clarity, strength, and resilience. I consider the client's space sacred, creating an organic space where clients feel comfortable and open to sharing their biggest concerns. I value addressing the body, mind, and emotions as a whole.

What you can expect from me

I aspire to help clients heal and overcome past traumatic experiences. My goal is to provide proven interventions to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. I integrate proven therapeutic methods to help clients move beyond limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them. My heart with therapy is to consider each client's life as sacred, creating an organic space where clients feel comfortable and open to sharing their biggest concerns.
