Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying the weight of trauma, depression, anxiety, or major life transitions on your own. If you're navigating women's issues, maternal mental health, infertility, relationship challenges, grief, or the lasting effects of PTSD, you don't have to face it alone. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults through some of life's most difficult moments, helping them find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of confidence. I believe every person's story deserves to be heard with compassion and respect, and I strive to create an affirming, open-minded space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and move toward the life you want to build, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique experiences rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped where you are today while building practical skills to help you move forward. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Structural Family Therapy, Psychoeducational Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, allowing me to adapt our work to your individual needs. Whether we're addressing anxiety, stress management, family concerns, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences, end-of-life care, or grief and loss, my focus is helping you feel supported while creating meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

When we begin working together, you can expect a supportive, affirming environment where your experiences are met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. We'll identify what's most important to you, celebrate progress along the way, and navigate setbacks together with compassion rather than judgment. I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe asking difficult questions, exploring new perspectives, and building confidence in yourself. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with tools that help you continue creating positive change long after our conversations end.
