Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 21 years of experience in mental health and more than 9 years of licensure. My approach is grounded in CBT and integrates DBT, ACT, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices to help clients develop insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My journey into mental health was inspired by both personal experiences and a genuine passion for understanding people. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing happens through connection, empathy, and feeling truly seen. Today, I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership, providing a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be a powerful opportunity for growth, self-discovery, and change. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, clarify your goals, and build practical tools for navigating life’s difficulties. Using approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness, I work collaboratively with clients in a warm, down-to-earth manner to foster insight, resilience, healing, and lasting personal growth.
